Ross joined Harneys in 2005, became a partner in 2008 and was Head of Investment Funds in the BVI for many years. Having been closely involved in Harneys Services for many years as a member of the firm's fund services team Ross took over as head of the global operation in 2013.

Ross sits on a number of government advisory committees and was particularly influential in the introduction of the Securities and Investment Business Act 2010. He is Chairman of the Securities, Investment Business and Mutual Funds Advisory Committee and continues to serve as a member of the Company Law Review Advisory Committee. Ross is also one of the contributing editors to British Virgin Islands Commercial Law, Sweet & Maxwell, now in its second edition.

Prior to Harneys Ross worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Hammonds LLP, England.

In her current position Gwen is responsible for overseeing the operations of the firm’s Corporate Services and Fiduciary Service Teams with responsibility for the administration of over 10,000 companies. Gwen is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a former Council Member of the BVI Association of Registered Agents and a Commissioner for Oaths in the BVI.

Allison joined Harneys Services in March 2011 as Client Accountant. Prior to joining Harneys, she worked as an Audit & Accounts Supervisor in the UK.

Allison has over eight years experience in the preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts (including unit trusts) and partnerships (including limited partnerships). She has extensive experience in preparation of company financial statements that comply with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Allison runs the in-house accounting services department and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of accounting records and the preparation of management accounts and financial statements of our clients.

Allison is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW in 2007 and with the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2003.

Jason is General Counsel of Harneys Corporate Services Limited (HCSL), where he acts as a liaison between HCSL and Harneys. Jason joined Harneys in 1998 and first worked as a legal associate in the firm's Private Client Department where he provided advice on property financing and the acquisition and disposal of property in the British Virgin Islands. Jason was also a member of the Banking & Finance team where he advised financial institutions and corporates on matters relating to project financing, syndicated and bilateral loans and other structured financing.

Prior to joining the team at Harneys Services in 2012 she was a senior associate in the Litigation and Insolvency Department of the Harneys law firm where she advised the firm's commercial banking clients on foreclosures and general debt collection issues and was responsible for coordinating the firm's pro bono and legal aid programmes. Dionne is admitted to practice law in the British Virgin Islands (1999) and Jamaica (1993).
